Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Post UTME Screening Form

HOW TO APPLY

1. Log on to Application Portal.
2. Click UTME Screening to register.
3. Carefully create account with your UTME Registration Number and Personal Email.
4. Click Register and you will receive an Email to VALIDATE.
5. After ACCOUNT VALIDATION, Login with your UTME Reg. No and password
6. Click on the UTME Screening
7. Review your details before you click pay
8. You will be redirected to the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti CollegePAY. environment.
9. You will be redirected back to Application Portal and a copy of receipt number sent to your registered email.
10. Back to application dashboard click on the program applied for and click Already Pay .
11. Type the receipt number, click search to load your payment details.
12. Click Proceed to registration and carefully fill in your details
13. Carefully read through your application before submission.
